«Lebensmitteltag» 2022 a complete success

After a two-year break, the «Lebensmitteltag» 2022 took place on 7 April 2022 at the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lucerne. The participants were able to listen to exciting presentations on topics such as traceability, food safety culture, pasteurisation, crisis management and sustainability. In between, everyone was able to exchange ideas in person and enjoy delicious food. The event was a great success, and we are already looking forward to the next Food Day on Thursday, 27 April 2023.
