Prüf Nach! is an organic standard of Werner Lampert Beratungsges.m.b.H. The requirements exceed legal requirements. Characteristic of the Prüf Nach! standard are high standards of sustainability and animal welfare. For example, the milk comes from agricultural farms that guarantee antibiotic-free production and do not feed their cows with concentrated feed. All products can be traced online to the processing company and the agricultural producer of the main ingredient via a batch code.

After successful inspection, processors receive a certificate, which is a prerequisite to supply organic products under the brand "Retour aux Sources" to Aldi SUISSE.
