Experiencing organic with all the senses – a look back at O SOLE BIO 2026

On 29 August 2026, the lakeside promenade in Zug once again became a meeting place for everyone interested in discovering, experiencing and enjoying organic. For the 18th time, O SOLE BIO offered a varied programme centred around organic agriculture and sustainably produced food, under this year’s theme, “Organic with all the senses”.

There was plenty to discover and taste at the market stalls. Tastings, traditional crafts, music and a variety of hands-on activities added variety to the day and offered visitors many different ways to experience organic.

One of this year’s highlights was a tasting of various regional organic walnut oils. Following an assessment by a professional jury, visitors to the market were also invited to choose their favourite. The organic walnut oil from Hof Allenwinden in Kappel am Albis received the audience award.

As a supporter of O SOLE BIO, we are delighted that the 2026 event once again brought together so many people and showcased the diversity of organic agriculture. Events like this create opportunities for people to meet, exchange ideas and gain new insights, while bringing organic agriculture and food closer to consumers in a simple and accessible way.
