bio.inspecta basic requirements

Certification to the bio.inspecta AG basic requirements (Basisanforderungen bio.inspecta) can be obtained for products that do not fall under the scope of the Swiss organic regulation (Swiss Ordinance on Organic Farming SR 910.18), i.e. cosmetics, raw materials used in the production of cosmetics, essential oils, cleaning products, pet food, fish feed, fish, fisheries products (aquaculture products) and other processed products derived from agricultural products that are neither food nor feed.

Products can be marketed with the “organic” designation. The certification mark of bio.inspecta can be used on the product label.
