Control on weekly markets

Control on weekly markets

Weekly markets mainly offer regional, seasonal, fresh and agriculturally produced food. In order to keep the assortment attractive and varied, specialities and international products are offered in addition.

The guidelines of the weekly markets set out the requirements and rules for the stand participants. The stands are put out to tender on a regular basis. bio.inspecta checks on the spot whether these guidelines are observed by the individual participants and draws up detailed reports following the inspection. On request, bio.inspecta will assist the organisers in drawing up the relevant guidelines.

bio.inspecta has been operating as an inspection body for the Lucerne weekly market for 2 years.
