Regional brand: alpinavera

alpinavera is a marketing and communications platform for certified regional products from Grisons, Uri, Glarus and Ticino. Its aim is to develop markets and sales channels for partners in the agri-food industry.
The products are inspected and certified by bio.inspecta every two years. Unannounced inspections may be ordered where there are ambiguities or suspicion of wrong-doing.

alpinavera’s primary objective is to ensure that both the origin and the production of the products awarded their label meet the strict standards for regional brands as this is the only way to guarantee for the customers that they are genuine products from the alpinavera region in question and that purchasing these specialties supports indigenous industries.
