The Culinarium brand is a quality mark representing more than 500 caterers and producers who between them produce and offer more than 2000 regional products and specialties. The range of Culinarium certified products includes cheeses and a diverse range of other dairy products, meat and meat products, fish, flour, pasta, bread, rolls, pastries and cakes, fruit and vegetables, eggs, honey, vegetable oils, syrups, jams, tea blends, wine and beer as well as hampers and hors d'oeuvres. The aim of Culinarium is to inspire and delight both locals and visitors with regional products and local dishes and to rekindle an awareness of seasonal eating.
The label has been well established for years now in the trade, in the catering sector and as part of the "Aus der Region. Für die Region." programme by the Migros Cooperatives Eastern Switzerland and Zürich, representing several regions primarily in eastern Switzerland up to and including Zürich.
